Welcome to DNModDesigns – specialists in handmade Seiko mods. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

No brand affiliation

We are an independent company specializing in the modification and sale of watches. While we use original watches as the basis for our modifications, we are in no way affiliated, authorized, or associated with Seiko or its subsidiaries. All modifications are performed independently and are not covered by official Seiko warranty or service.

The product photos on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final product. Colors, dimensions, and details may vary due to, among other things, slight variations in the various options available to the customer, if applicable. No rights can be derived from the images shown.

2. Products and services

2.1. All watches on this website are so-called Seiko mods: custom-made watches assembled from individual parts.

2.2. Products are not delivered from stock. Each watch is only produced after ordering, based on customer selections (e.g., strap type, dial, case, etc.).

3. Customization and exclusion of right of withdrawal

3.1. All watches in this webshop fall under the category of custom-made watches, as defined in Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

3.2. The statutory right of withdrawal (the option to return within 14 days without giving a reason) does not apply to orders placed with this webshop.

3.3. By placing an order, you expressly agree that the product will be specially assembled for you and that you waive your right of withdrawal.

4. Order and payment

4.1. An order is final once payment has been received.

4.2. The customer is responsible for providing the correct specifications and choices for the watch.

4.3. After receipt of payment, the necessary components are purchased and production begins.

5. Delivery time

5.1. Since each watch is custom-made, the estimated delivery time is 10 to a maximum of 20 business days, depending on the availability of parts. In the event of a delay, no compensation will be provided if requested.

5.2. Any delays will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

6. Warranty

6.1. Each watch is assembled with care and craftsmanship. You receive a warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.

6.2. Damage resulting from improper use, falls or impacts, or water or magnetism wear is not covered by the warranty.

7. Liability

7.1. DNModDesigns is not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

7.2. DNModDesigns' liability is in any case limited to the amount of the original purchase.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. All text, photos, designs, and content on this website are the property of DNModDesigns and may not be used or copied without permission.

9. Prices and VAT

9.1. All prices listed on this website are net and are exclusive of sales tax (VAT). To the extent VAT is legally required, it will be calculated on the product price and charged additionally. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the prices stated do not include VAT and that any VAT due must be paid additionally.

10. Complaints and disputes

10.1. Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible at DNModDesigns@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
