Refund Policy
We do our utmost to assemble and deliver our watches with care. However, you may still wish to cancel your purchase. Below, you can read how this works and what rights and obligations apply.

(Non-refundable services)
Any purchased PREMIUM shipping, priority parcel, parcel insurance and services performed immediately after ordering , such as a photo of the order , user manual, are non-refundable in case of cancellation or return.
These services are considered services already provided and are therefore not included in the refund.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt .
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (for example by email) within the withdrawal period that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

Use during cooling-off period
During the withdrawal period, you may unpack and examine the watch as you would in a physical store. The protective films and plastics may not be removed. If the watch is replaced or returned without the protective film, no refund will be issued.
This means that you may view and hold the watch to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are liable for any diminished value of the product if the watch has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it.
Examples of uses that may lead to depreciation:
• Actually wearing the watch
• Visible signs of use or wear
• Damages
• Missing parts or accessories

Depreciation upon return
Our watches are assembled after ordering. If a returned watch can no longer be sold as new, we may apply a depreciation .
• Each returned watch will be carefully inspected upon receipt
• The depreciation is determined objectively based on the condition of the product
• The depreciation is never higher than the actual depreciation of the watch
• There are no fixed administration or dismantling costs charged

Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are excluded from withdrawal by law, including:
• Watches with a personal engraving
• Watches that have been fully assembled according to specific customer wishes through customer service , so that the product cannot be resold as a standard item
These products are considered custom-made and therefore cannot be returned.

Return procedure
• After reporting your cancellation, you will receive clear return instructions from us.
• The product must be returned complete, including accessories and packaging to the extent reasonably possible.
• The watch must be in its original packaging
• All protective films and plastics should still be attached. If it is replaced or returned without the protective film, this will not result in a refund!
• The watch must be new and unused , with no signs of wear or use
⚠️ Once the protective films have been removed or replaced, the watch cannot be returned! It can no longer be resold as new!

📦 Return Shipping & Costs
• Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
• The package will be sent to an international warehouse.
• We recommend sending the package insured and with track & trace.
• The risk of the return shipment lies with the consumer until we have received the product.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return shipment:
• We will refund the purchase price, minus any depreciation and services provided such as:
Shipping costs, parcel priority, parcel security, photo of order and user manual.
• The refund will be made via the same payment method used for payment.
• The refund will be made no later than 5 days after receipt of the return shipment.
