At DNModDesigns, we do our utmost to carefully assemble your watch and ship it as quickly as possible. Our shipping policy is outlined below.
Processing and shipping
All DNModDesigns watches are carefully assembled and inspected after ordering.
The average shipping time is approximately 10 business days from the moment of order confirmation.
We work with external suppliers and logistics partners for the delivery of parts and shipping of our watches.
Possible delays
In exceptional cases, shipping may take longer than expected. This can be caused by, among other things:
- delays in postal and delivery services
- logistical delays at carriers
- delays in the delivery of parts by suppliers
In these cases, the shipping time can take up to 25 working days.
Liability for delays
DNModDesigns is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with carriers or suppliers.
If a delay occurs:
- no rights can be derived from this
- no costs, fees or claims for damages arising from the delay will be reimbursed
We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation. From this point on, the delivery service is responsible for handling the rest of the delivery.
